Dillon had a couple of 80's gems, but Sheen, well I'd vote for him on the strength of Wall Street and Platoon alone. Let alone Major League, Red Dawn, and Lucas (oh, and his small Bueller role).
I ended up voting for Sheen, too. He wasn't in the Brat Packy films or other films full of cheesy goodness like Dillon, but he was a burgeoning star and a good looking kid in the 80s, and that's enough to edge Dillon.
I'm with you guys. I have mucho respect for Matt Dillon - Rumble Fish, The Outsiders and Drugstore Cowboy are all incredible films, but Sheen's only decade was the 80s, so I have to give it to him. In the 90s, this would totally be Dillon's victory.
Sheen.
Yeah, this is all Sheen. If this was a contest for the 90's or aughts then it would be all Dillon.
Men at Work. nuff said.
