Wile I think, in general, both are just eye candy, Sharon Stone gave a really great performance in Casino so I've got to vote for her.

Its probably my love for Dazed and Confused and The Fifth Element clouding my judgement but I am glad, albeit surprised to see Milla Jovovich ahead in this one.
