9 people have chosen wisely: on "Dudes of the 80s Tournament - Round 1: Robert Downey, Jr. (3) vs Kurt Russell (6)"
RDJ was too baby-faced back then for my taste, so I went with Snake Plisken. Today, I would take RDJ in a heartbeat.
I chose RDJ, he's a lot less leathery.
RDJ all the way.
Russell Baby! RDJ was good stuff back in the day, but no one could carry an 80s flick like Jurt.
Outta my way pilgrim!
BTW, I'm sure this has been brought up, but since I'm late to the voting, why is Corey Feldman not in the Dudes brackets?!
I think I chose Kurt here as well. He was dreamy.
RW - Simply put, Feldman just didn't make Mrs. Fletch's cut. I don't even think he was on the list of 50+ (before it got trimmed down). Not sure if anyone ever considered him hunky enough.
Nick - you'll be glad to know that Mrs. Fletch thinks you have chosen the same dudes as her every time out so far. Read into that what you will...
Once I saw Haim made it over Feldman, I totally forgot that there had to be some hunk factor involved. Feldman was prolific in the 80s, but definitely not beefcake material.
Mrs. Fletch: High Five!
You have good taste in men, Nick. ;)
Mrs. Fletch: I try :P .
