3 people have chosen wisely: on "Ladies of the 80s Tournament - Round 2: Demi Moore (1) vs Colleen Camp (4)"
Although obviously not a film, Colleen Camp was also the original Kristin Shepherd on Dallas. The role was later recast with Mary Crosby who put several slugs into JR Ewing, leading to one of the most watched television episodes in history.
Don't forget about No Small Affair, in which Demi starred alongside Jon Cryer in his first role! It's over the top 80's rom-com goodness for sure.
Despite my love of "Clue," I had to go with Demi.
