Had to go Fox on this one.
That's a tough one. I went with when did they do their best work. Depp's is yet to come and while Fox could surprise us, his work in philanthropy far outmatches his current work.
I've said it before Depp has the more these days following. But Fox was a poster child for the 80's, my vote goes to the Fox (mostly because I still secretly dream of owning a Delorean and driving 88mph everywhere)
Fox of course - if I could bring one of these actors 'back' from the eighties - of course they're not dead - it would be Fox. He should have done so much more!

Toss in "Family Ties" (one of the best sitcom characters of all time) and it's really no contest.
I just don't think of Johnny when I hear "1980s". Team Fox!
