I don't know about you, but I am disgusted that _____ won Best Picture. WTF was the Academy thinking? Ever since the nominations were announced, _____ seemed like a threat to take home the big prize, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that was hoping against hope that it wouldn't happen. _____ is not the kind of movie that traditionally wins Best Picture, and at the start of 2009, I'm not sure that that anyone seriously considered that it could. Naming _____ as its top film does nothing but hurt the Academy's already weakened reputation; if only they had selected _____ or even _____, I'm sure the internet wouldn't be the site of furor that it is today.
